I agree that everyone has their own definition of stress. What makes me stressed out might not even be of importance to another and vice versa. One of my senior aunts feels stressed when their business isn't doing they way she expected it to be.

I feel stressed when the car doesn't start or when I'm expecting someone and they're late. My wife, on the other hand, gets very stressed out when we have company over and she cooks. Everything has to be perfect.
So you see, men and women really think differently
