Do you still hang-out with your mom? My senior mom and I are very close and to keep up with each others'lives, we go out once or twice a month. It could be at the mall to catch a movie, do some shopping together, or dine out. Hanging out with my mom is a stress-reliever for me. She really is the best.

My mom died almost 14 years ago. Her death came as the biggest blow in my life. We were close. I shared everything to her. We did a lot of things together like shopping, having a haircut, and going to church. I surely miss those moments.

Like you, iCare, I lost my mom about 16 years ago. We, too, did everything together. Luckily, we were in the same town and traveled a great deal together. I miss her every day, but the memories get me through.
