Yes, most Assisted living facilities offer activities for their residents. I know that most of the facilities have social and recreational activities. They even have board games like cross word puzzle, chess, scrabble etc. Why don\'t you call the assisted living facility where your mom is and find out more about their activities. Tell them that your mom wants to join their activities to keep her busy.
