They should definitely get all the assets of Madoff\'s family so they can repay the people who were victimized by his Ponzi scheme. Madoff\'s family should not be given any right to contest this as they were definitely involved in this.

Totally agree with mlee. They should seize all family assets and send him to jail for the rest of his life and not be allowed to receive pardon. This should be non-negotiable as he committed the biggest fraud in history.

That and life imprisonment in a maximum security cell so he will be isolated from the others and not be allowed to interact with anyone else. Lots of his victims lost all the money they had. Also, his wife and entire family should be in house arrest for the rest of their life too unless they can give the money back to all the investors they defrauded. I\'m sure the wife and his family knew about this fraud.
