I hope everyone voted today. We baby boomers control more than you think. If we don't vote we miss out on our opportunity to have a voice in what happens to us. There's still time. Go vote!

Voting was the highlight of our day today. We ran into so many old friends we haven't seen in a long time. One of the jobs some of my friends have taken during their retirement has been at the polls. It was great to see them and chat while waiting in line.

It was a proud moment for me at the voting booth. I got to go with my grandson who was voting for his first time today. He has been carefully researching the issues so he would be able to vote responsible. He was much more thorough with his decision making than his gramps. I gave him one of my best silver dollars to mark the occasion in his life.

Good for you Milt. We need to teach our young folks that voting is important. I saw lots of folks I know and it was just a good feeling to know that so many people turned out to make a difference.

It's important that everyone votes, it's our right but also our responsibility as citizens. Of course, research is important, I noticed that some people vote based on other's opinion and that is wrong!
