Why would she step down as the governor when no one is pressuring her to resign? Doe this mean she did something wrong without telling the public what it is. I know she\'s not the best governor, buy why wouldn\'t she finish her term? She only has less than 2 years left?

It\'s a political move. She\'s preparing for the 2012 presidential election. She wants to focus on that so she can possibly win, though I doubt if she will.

She\'s stepping down because she\'s preparing for the next presidential elections.

It\'s about time. I think she made a lot of money from her book that\'s why she wants to quit. Plus she need to prepare for the next presidential election.

She resigned because she wants to prepare for the presidential elections. I know she will run for sure. But I bet you, this decision of hers will hurt her because now people would think of her as a quitter. She made a promise to the Alaskans that she will serve her state, but why is she quitting? This is only shows that she doesn\'t have what it takes to be the next president. You can\'t just quit, when you\'re a governor, you have a responsibility to serve the people until your term ends. She is not true to her word.
