I didn't attend any computer classes but my grandkids are great teachers. They helped me out set up a Facebook account, e-mail and they taught me how to play some easy games (well, they say they're easy, I'm still getting the hang of it).
I discovered how much I like using a computer and I'm learning new things every day. How good do you think a senior can get with computers? Is there a limit?

I would imagine a senior can get as good as they want to. Most of it just depends on how much you want to learn. I'm fairly good with one as far as using it, etc. I do have my limits though.

I know a lot of seniors who still won't touch one. They just don't want (or don't think they can) to learn how to use one. But then I also know a lot that have one and love them, myself included. I think they are great and you can learn as much or as little as you need to. They just open up a whole new world.

I don't expect a lot of seniors to be dealing with complex computer applications, programs, or online functions but I know there are a lot who are pretty adept at using the computer and maximizing what the online community can offer. I guess it depends on the seniors. Some want to explore more while others are satisfied with the basics.
