I wonder if anyone takes omega-3 fish oil here. Based on the result of laboratory tests, a team of medical researchers has suggested that DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid found in fish, may help prevent loss of vision due to aging.

At what stage of life does one need to start taking omega-3 fish oil? If it can help our aging seniors maintain a positive quality of life, that's terrific.
