A research conducted at the North Carolina State University suggested a link between gaming and emotional health. In the study, the older adults (63 and above) who played video games reported to be happier and have a better sense of well-being compared to those who didn't play at all.

Interesting! It is always better to keep ones mind active. An active mind is a happy mind and therefore the person has a sense of well-being. I can see this, can't you?

This is very interesting. I really enjoy playing some video games, and it is nice to know it could be helping my health as well. Anything that increases your happiness and stimulates mental activity is great for us seniors.

This is good news especially to those seniors who are already into video games. Now, they can have a more 'valid' reason to play video games.
