My aunt has trouble getting around outside of her assisted living facility. She gets her meals of course, but has no way of getting her favorite snacks. So for Christmas, we give her a big supply of all her favorites and then whenever we come visit during the year we restock her supply.

I think with this you should also gift her a bouquet of flowers. Because i think flowers are the best item to make a person to feel more special.
